A: We want to know about any issues or problems you are experiencing and would encourage you to contact the branch office that is servicing your loan. You can obtain their contact information by going to the Locations Page and searching by the city name. If you have contacted the servicing branch and they were unable to resolve the issue, use the Contact Us button to email the corporate office or ask the branch for the corporate phone number.
Q: How do I report a customer service issue?
A: Customer service is our number one priority. If you feel that you were not treated or serviced properly, please let us know right away. Use the Contact Us button to email the corporate office directly. We promise to contact you and resolve the issue.
Q: Can I borrow money for any reason?
A: Yes. The reason you need the money is not important, just that you have a need or desire for extra cash is good enough. Many of our customers borrow money for unexpected expenses, car repairs, vacations, school expenses, home improvements, major purchases, Christmas, and so much more.

A: Our typical loan is between $500.00 and $10,000.00. Unlike PayDay Lenders, First Metropolitan is a traditional installment lender offering affordable monthly payments.
